Shall have hands on pre-commissioning and commissioning experience with Distributed Control System, Profibus/Foundation Fieldbus System, Instrumented Protective System/Safety Instrumented System, Fire and Gas System, various types of analyzers, turbine generators, turbine compressors, instrument air compressors and dryers, heat exchangers, fuel gas systems, flare system, chemical injection systems, field devices expert experience and well tie-in and bean-up process.

Shall have experience and involvement in pre-commissioning, commissioning, initial flow/start up and handover of Fiscal and Allocation Metering Systems, Wet Gas Venturi Metering System, Compact Prover and Analysers and Auto-Sampling System.

Shall have hands on pre-commissioning and commissioning experience with High and Low Voltage Switchgears, Motor Control Center and Distribution Boards, UPS and Battery Chargers, Power Generators, Power Transformers, emergency diesel generators, instrument air compressors, heat exchangers, pedestal crane, chemical injection systems, Variable speed drive (VSD) for pump control system, Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) system.

Shall have hands on experience in Hi-pot test with minimal supervision or vendor assistance.

Must possess strong leadership to lead a commissioning team.

Have an excellent overview of how the Oil and Gas production facilities operate and have sound experience to take a lead to start up Oil and Gas production facilities.

Responsible for liaison with commissioning team to ensure the system parameters are input into Completion Management System (CMS) and meets the Commissioning requirement and standards.

Accountable for accuracy and completeness of the GoCompletions system database.

Shall have hands on pre-commissioning and commissioning experience with static equipment (tanks/pressure vessels, heat exchangers, air/gas coolers, heat recovery systems, HVAC systems, material handling equipment (Monorail hoist).

Shall be familiar with piping system pre-commissioning works, e.g. flushing/cleaning, hydro testing, P&ID line walk, reinstatement leak test, etc. Shall be able to prepare hydro test and reinstatement leak test procedures/packages and spading/isolation plans and have hands on experience in leading reinstatement leak test works, experience in using Nitrogen/ Helium method is preferred.
