Complete Management System (CMS) Engineer
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for liaison with commissioning team to ensure the system parameters are input into Completion Management System (CMS) and meets the Commissioning requirement and standards
Accountable for accuracy and completeness of the GoCompletions system database
Work closely with Commissioning Team, CMS Vendor and IT/Server custodian to ensure all the input information is correct and liaise with discipline Commissioning Engineer, if required
Work closely with project DCC team for importing data from design stage that needs to be uploaded into CMS database
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of CMS including the population of data and inputs changes
Responsible in preparation of status report to update construction and commissioning team on the progress/delays in mechanical completion and commissioning programme
Produce daily report to Commissioning Team Lead, Project Manager and Project Lead
Define CMS workflow and processes for project implementation
Define system boundaries and limits to ensure that CMS mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning system, sub-system, sub-sub system / equipment and individual tags are properly designated to suit the project commissioning manual and commissioning strategies
Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the CMS during Brownfield, Greenfield and final commissioning, 72 hours endurance test and Ready for Start Up
Responsible for the compilation and management of project document dossier ranging from Mechanical Completion, Commissioning until Project/Asset handover to Operations or Asset

Experience & Education
Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma of Science in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering or equivalent
Offshore / onshore project fabrication, testing and commissioning, Hook Up and Commissioning (HUC) in oil and gas or power plant projects
Facility / Plant start-up and handover in oil and gas projects
Must have hands-on-the-job working experience on GoCompletions or other equivalent Completion
