Extended Reach Lancing (E.R.L.S.) is BlueFin’s trademarked mechanical approach to solving prolific deposit and blockage challenges in pipeline and process systems. This mechanical approach combines high-pressure, heat, and chemical injection into one feasible procedure for operators experiencing obstructed flowline riser systems, production equipment, overboard water piping, and JTube systems, to name a few.

In addition, our SafeHeat® technology is a bolt-on component to the E.R.L.S. system when heated fluid applications are demanded. While other known invasive mechanical applications require a large footprint to penetrate blockage issues – and even larger costs – BlueFin’s proprietary E.R.L.S and SafeHeat® technology diminishes both of these operational barriers.
