    a. Hydraulic Bolting and Flange Management System coordination

    b. Hydrostatic pressure testing and test package management

    c. Dewatering and drying to achieve operator specification

    d. Coordinate and deploy work crews per competency in relation to the tasks performed and for the reduction of non-productive time (NPT)

    e. Manage daily operational changes to meet the needs of the client due to schedule dependencies and general contractor work completion
