This session covers topics on basic material science and low carbon steels. Corrosive environments in oilfield, CRAs and an overview of NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156. The course is structured such that upon completion, participants should have better understanding of material selection in corrosive environment. The intended audience is for materials engineers and operations personnel who are involved with selecting and ordering OCTG pipe.
