Product Description
BlueFin Model B filtration units are designed for low volume flushing and testing of production, completion, and subsea components and tools.
The two-stage, multiple-line pneumatic filtration unit is rated for 30,000 psi and can produce up to 3 gallons per minute. It contains three (3) separate test/injection and return points for multiple lines filtration.
The Model B filtration unit is equipped with an Autoclave Pneumatic high volume and Autoclave high-pressure pump which is fed by a ¼” diaphragm pump. There is a separate closed recirculation loop for bulk filtration, one (1) high pressure test/injection point rated for 30K for pressure testing and a main sample port for fluid sampling.
Model B is equipped with one (1) 20” Pall corp. 5 micron Pall filter canister on the supply end and two (2) 20” Pall corp. 5 micron pall filters on return for maximum filtration.

Unit is set up with an internal 16,000 psi rated PSV as well as an external PSV rated for 12,000 psi.
Contains a 65 gallon local tank and a selector valve to allow unit to suck fluid from a remote tank as well.
Units are in a self-contained enclosed skid suitable for offshore and set up for easy transportation.
Unit is constructed with DNV 2.71 lifting specifications that meet coast guard and all offshore standards.
