As part of our family of well completion products, BlueFin presents our spooling units. Designed to be compact, easy to use, safe and durable, BlueFin's spooling units provide the reliable performance you expect and need.
A variety of sizes and styles are available for each model type. All BlueFin spooling units are offered for short- or long-term rental, as well as purchase.
This eliminates the need for the unsafe common practice of using nylon straps to secure the Control Line, TEC and Coiled Tubing spools in place.

For Transporting Control Line Spools Offshore
Safety spool baskets are designed with regard to protecting employees from injury and assets from being damaged during the loading and unloading operations of Control Line, TEC and Coiled Tubing Spools. The concept allows for Control Line, TEC and Coiled Tubing spools to be lifted using engineered and certified Spreader Bars moving away from the unsafe common practice of using nylon straps for lifting which often frey and tear. The basket ID is strategically profiled to receive the Spreader Bars which have been designed to slide into place and secure them during transportation.
This eliminates the need for the unsafe common practice of using nylon straps to secure the Control Line, TEC and Coiled Tubing spools in place.
