Our Commissioning and Initial Startup (ISUP) services are delivered as part of our Project Delivery business unit, which spans the full lifecycle of a project—from early concept development through final handover to operations. This integration ensures that every commissioning activity is planned with the end in mind: a safe, predictable, and reliable startup.

We provide flexible engagement models, delivering Commissioning and Initial Startup either as:

  • Integrated Team Support – embedded within the client’s project delivery organization, aligned with their processes and systems.

  • Turnkey Execution – a fully managed commissioning service, where GATE Energy delivers the complete scope from planning through Ready for Startup (RFSU).

We work with our specialty engineering arm to develop initial startup plans and procedures.
