Marine Delivery & Project Marine Resources

These services are delivered by highly specialized marine resources known as Project Marine Resources (PMRs) and Marine Delivery Resources (MDRs). PMRs and MDRs are industry-leading experts who are considered authorities in their respective fields, such as dynamic positioning systems and marine operations. Coupled with considerable industry experience and varied backgrounds, PMRs and MDRs represent a highly capable skill pool that will work together to assist the customer in solution development and implementation.

Rig Readiness

The GATE team has excellent experience in managing and delivering projects that are safe, on-time, on-budget, and in compliance with governmental and regulatory standards. We have already developed a framework for the project that will allow for flawless execution. A majority of the Rig Readiness Team will be in-house along with some outside engineering and technical support. The GATE Commissioning Team will lead the condition-based assessment, the dynamic and static commissioning, as well as the startup of the asset.

Project Management Expertise

The GATE Marine Services Team, with expertise in DP Systems, will conduct the Sea Trials. Our world-class DP experts will ensure that your asset is operationally ready to return to drilling.

Diving Risk Management

Assist the client in the delivery of incident free diving operations by providing technical consultant resources who audit diving systems (saturation and air) and provide planning and execution oversight of offshore and inland diving operations. These services are delivered by highly specialized diving resources known as Diving Worksite Representatives (DWRs). DWRs are industry leading experts who are considered authorities in their respective fields, such as air and saturation dive system design, diving operations (shallow water and deep-water), diving vessel audits and selection and emergency evacuation procedures. Coupled with considerable industry experience and varied backgrounds, DWRs represent a highly capable skill pool that will work together to assist the customer in solution development and implementation.

Topsides & Substructure Decommissioning

GATE provides decommissioning and abandonment support for oil and gas facilities. Our employees have managed the removal of over 500 structures and have been instrumental in developing technology for severing platform legs and piles. We have expertise in B.O.E.M. Permitting and the Rigs to Reef Program.

Decommissioning and abandonment practices are critical for the protection of the environment. Planning for the disposal of equipment, sealing of the well safely, and recycle and reuse purposes must be performed within the regulation authority.

Wind & Water Damage Management

Whether due to flooding or rain, when it comes to water damage, it’s not just about removing the debris and restoring your home or business. It’s also about making sure mold doesn’t set in and cause problems down the line. We make sure your structure is restored properly the first time.

We can make sure the debris is removed and properly disposed of, ensure that the elements that are left are properly dried, dehumidified and clean, monitor moisture levels, and apply mold remediation and prevention measures before turning your building over to the restoration crew.
