Product Description

BlueFin Model B Filter Skids designed for low pressure with high flow capabilities to filter fluids used in umbilicals, subsea components, production and completion equipment and tools.

The diaphragm pump offers high volume delivery even at low air pressures with a maximum output of 52 GPM (1” Pump) and 123 GPM (1-1/2” Pump) with a flooded inlet. Pneumatic Filter Skids (PFS) can be used for filtering oil, water, glycols or other chemicals. The pump is built with stainless steel parts and PTFE seals. Each PFS contains (1) Pump, Air Regulator/Filter and (1) Fluid Filter Assembly.

The 1” Pump Unit uses a single spin-on filter and the 1-1/2” Pump Unit a dual spin-on filter assembly. Each skid utilizes a Donaldson, 6-micron, 14.25” long filter to scrub fluid clean (other filter size options available). Air driven pumps are explosion proof and safe for hazardous areas.
